What we’re looking for

  • At least 3 years of B2B sales experience (preferably with long sales cycles and high-level decision-makers)
  • Independence, initiative, and persistence
  • Ability to lead conversations focused on value and needs, not just “offers”
  • Willingness to travel - client meetings are part of your everyday work
  • Valid category B driving license
  • Good computer and CRM system skills

Your responsibilities

  • Acquiring new B2B clients - companies with 100+ employees
  • Scheduling and conducting meetings (online and on-site) with HR teams, boards, and directors
  • Presenting SmartLunch services and building the need for implementation
  • Overseeing service implementation and supporting its success
  • Monitoring the market and identifying new business opportunities
  • Reporting work activities in the CRM system
